• Method Installation of a suitable electric energy saving device
– ECOD Smart Optimizer is an electric power saving device which: • Controls the voltage and current in the optimum range
• Filters harmonics and increases power factor
• Balances the phase voltage
• Prevents trouble shooting (sudden voltage drop or surge)
• Improves quality of electrical power supply in overall.
Working Principle: Electronic controller
regulates the direction of the current in
the coil of each transformer (one per
phase) to regulate and balance the
network parameter to sustain within it
highest performance whilst minimizing
power loss.
Device Saving Test Using Lion’s power meter
• Bangkok office test 2nd floor air conditioning system, Building B.
• 6 - 10 February, 2017.
• Sriracha Gas Sulfonation 2nd test with root blower motor on the 4th of April, 2017.
• Result: device test BKK office 2nd Floor Building B – ECOD Smart Optimizer 200A device from 6th March 2017,
10:38 AM until 8th March 2017, 10:37 AM with daily data reading at 10:37 AM.
– Device turned off on 8th March 2017 at 10:38 AM until 10th March 2017, 10:37 AM (base data).
