Proyecto

• Un Grupo Cambio Rural, propone a la Dirección de Producción Municipal la formación de un Centro de Apicultores y la construcción de una Sala de Extracción Comunitaria.

• Se concretan ambos proyectos y en Febrero de 2008,el Intendente de Chivilcoy Ariel Franetovich inaugura la Sala de Extracción, junto a funcionarios locales, del sector apícola y productores.

Características

• 1 Extractor Radial de 80 marcos.• 1 Extractor Radial de 40 marcos.• Ambos con bandejas de carga y

descarga.• Desoperculadora en frío.• 4 Tanques de decantación.• 2 Separadoras de miel y cera.• Toda la maquinaria es de acero

inoxidable, marca Rolandi.• Bomba y cañerías acero inoxidable.

• La sala cuenta además con baños y duchas para damas y caballeros.

• Una oficina con computadora para digitalizar los registros.

• Conexiones eléctricas cubiertas.• Pintura epoxi en pisos y paredes.• Aberturas interiores y planta alta para

observar el proceso de extracción

Reglamento

• La Sala posee un reglamento para ordenar y asegurar la calidad del servicio de extracción.

• Los productores interesados pueden solicitarlo al Centro de Apicultores de Chivilcoy y a la Dirección de la Producción Municipal
