Amendment No.4, April 2012 to IS 14846: 2000 Specification for Sluice Valve forWaterWorks Purposes (50 to 1200 mm Size) has been published (copy enclosed).This Amendment does not require any change in the existing Scheme of Testing andInspection [ Doc: STI/14846/1, December 2000 ]. It has been decided to implementthis Amendment with immediate effect.

All ROs/BOs, operating licences for IS 14846, are requested to inform thelicensees/applicants,under their jurisdiction,regarding implementationof the said
