• Making the most of existing assets and collateral.

• Continuing the conversation.

• Must do better.

Must do better:

• Director buy in

– Great support, direct input required.

• Coordinating

– Getting our website Web 2.0 ready.

– Reusing collateral / assets.

Must do better:

• Resourcing

– Task owners, planning.

– Stop dipping in and out.

• Measuring

– Being more analytical of the benefit.
