A Message from the President!
Dear Chamber Members:
On May 9, 2013, I became the President of the Rhinebeck Area Chamber of
Commerce. I am both honored and excited to assume the office of President. But, before another moment
passes, I want to thank Vicki Haak, the immediate past President, for her years of service to our Chamber and, in
particular, for her leadership over the past two years.
Under Vicki’s leadership this Chamber’s membership grew despite our coun-
try’s difficult economic climate. I look forward to continuing to work with
Vicki and take comfort in knowing that I can rely on her for her continued
support of and dedication to the Rhinebeck Area Chamber of Commerce.
The strength of our Chamber is derived from the hard work of our board
members, our executive director, our volunteers and our members. Your
membership gives us both strength and purpose. We value each of our
members and recognize the strengths of our community. We are very
fortunate to be part of a community that offers so much to each and every one
of us. Together we move forward to make a stronger Chamber and, thereby, a
stronger Rhinebeck.
I am committed to seeing this Chamber’s membership grow and strengthen even more. We have a terrific Board
of Directors and an excellent Executive Director in Colleen Cruikshank and I look forward to working with them
to ensure that we provide our membership with resources and opportunities to grow their business.
Very truly yours,
Sean M. Kemp, President
