Somerset A.S.A.Will be following ASA guidelines for all

competitions.All Clubs to notify meet/competition organisers if

a child is not allowed to have photos taken including use on websites.

All clubs to notify county welfare officer with currant information.

Advise all Officials** and Poolside Helpers to be CRB Checked and up dated every three years. (**Albeit the ASA national advice is that officials need not be checked)

To Produce clubs with a quarterly newsletter with up to date information regarding welfare.
