How can minorities become empowered by using the Internet?• Getting their voice, which is not heard in

major mass-media like newspaper, heard.

• The freedom of expression and speech

• Finding people who have same problem on the internet.

• The Internet is a powerful potential to unite

Who are minorities?= Everyone marginalized

• Women(not all women)

• Ethnic group

• Disabled people

• Elder People

• Those who have minor sexual orientation such as lesbian and gay.

2. Discusses the theme and makes schedule

3. Work, Work, Work

4. Completes the website

5. Finalists are invited to the award ceremony and given an opportunity to meet the team-mates
