• Composition – All Chapter Presidents– Ex-officio non-voting representatives

• Selects members of the Committee on Directorship (COD)

• Elects a representative to the AFPBoard

• Forum for networking, feedback, dialogue and identification of issues

COMMITTEE ON DIRECTORSHIP (COD)

• Composition of COD– 1 member elected from each of 12 districts – 6 appointees or ex-officio members

• Role of COD– Evaluates all nominees for the AFPBoard– Creates slate of Directors to be elected by the

members

AFP INTERNATIONAL Board of Directors

• 12 District members

• 8 At-large members

• 9 Officers

• 2 Chair appointees

• 1 At-large member chosen by CPC

• 3 Ex-officio members
