1st Monday : Farm visit, in « Morvan » discovering of several tourist assets of the heart of Burgundy : Sully Castle in Autun and overnight in Beaune one of the most beautifull vineyard area.

2nd Tuesday: meeting in conference Hall of Beaune around the theme « food efficiency of Charolais breed » Tourist visit : cellar, vineyard, Beaune guided visit . Diner and overnight in Beaune.

3rd Wednesday : auction market in Saint Christophe en Brionnais then « the Institute  Charolais », overnight in Macon.

4th Thursday : visit of Jalogny experimental Farm – Farm visit or alternative tourist activity overnight in Nevers

5th Friday : Charolais Calves National Show Magny Cours
