your Club has been one of
the busiest and most
exciting yet! As the Club’s
management team and
entire staff strive to
improve your experiences
each and every time you
join us, we are overjoyed by the recent feedback
from Members and guests. Following both the
Men’s and Ladies Member-Guest tournaments
we heard comments such as:“I have never been
to a friendlier establishment; everyone was so
nice and treated us with such wonderful hospi-
tality” and “Your club has a wonderful “Old
Florida” feel to it that is hard to find nowadays;
we love it!” as well as,“The course, especially the
greens, are in exceptional condition. The best
I’ve played in a long, long while.”
We thank everyone for their participation
and support of the Club throughout this busy
season and, as we continue to ‘spring forward’,
we look forward to seeing you at the upcoming
Taylor Mason Comedy Night and Mother’s
Day celebration as well as the “Awesome 80’s”
End of Season event!
Kick off the summer with your kids at the
School's Out Pool Party and be sure to keep
your children busy over the summer months by
signing them up for one of our many camp
offerings. We offer Golf, Tennis, Swim and
Combo Camps. Pick up your camp brochure at
the Club or download it from the website and
be sure to sign up early due to popular demand!
We also thank you for recommending the
Club to your friends, co-workers and family
members. We have you to thank for the many
new Members we have welcomed to the Club
over the past couple months. Thank you for
also making each prospective member and new
Member feel at “home”. It is easy for me to tell
someone that our Members are the friendliest
around and that they’ll love the Club because
of it; but your actions put truth to my words
and lead to membership sales.
The summer season at the Club is always a
time of improvements and preparation, so please
let us know if there is something you would like
to see at CRCC. We are able to better serve
you when you let us know how we can
improve. We look forward to your suggestions!

Insect Season
J A Y B O R I N G
G O L F C O U R S E
S U P E R I N T E N D E N T
NOW THAT THE WARM
season is approaching so are
the insects that can cause
damage to the golf course.
Most of the damage, like the course
experienced last year, is due to an insect
called a mole cricket. During the next
couple of months, the adult mole cricket
will lay hundreds of eggs underneath the
turf. The hatching of all of these eggs is
factored by temperature and weather
conditions. It is very important to time
the hatching of the eggs with a wall to
wall application of insecticide. These
insects are extremely easier to control
when they are smaller in size, once they
mature, they are very hard to control. In
the next month, we will be applying
insecticide to the golf course to help
prevent any damage to the turf. Thank
you for your cooperation.

C LU B EV E N T R E S E RVAT I O N P OL I C Y
Special club events, wine dinners, Saturday night seafood buffets and holiday dining are popular events that sell out and require
the purchase of special food and beverage products, equipment, entertainment, etc. Last minute un-replaced cancellations
(including changes to the party number) are unfair to those Members who are turned away due to full capacity and cause the
Club to incur unnecessary expenses if the reservation is not replaced. As a result, the Club must exercise a firm enforcement of
the special event and holiday dining policy.
• At the time of making your reservation we will charge your account 100% of the event price.
• Please let us know if you have other Members dining with you, so we may contact them.
• You may cancel 7 days prior to event, without being charged.
• If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, you will have to pay 100% of the event price.
Note: Should there be a wait list and we are able to fill your reservation less than 6 days prior to the event, your account will be
credited in full.
