We have to speak like we speak

Humanising - taking the C out of CSR

Organisations need to be brave to win over the people

Often the people are better than us

Influence not stats

You can’t ignore the people

We need to do storytelling in the right room

I got cookies

Don’t throw content around

The best content comes from the people

To sum up• Social media has given people

power to shape us and define what we are and what we do

• Leave the corporate robot in the boardroom

• Creativity isn’t just about coming up with cool campaigns - it’s thinking differently about what we’re here to do
