DATscan™ 2.0 is an engineering survey that measures your system alignment. This gives you baseline information to know what to do next.

• Perform DATscan™ 2.0 (Cold Drum Survey) – Survey each tire to establish unit center

point, horizontal misalignment, and unit slope

– Survey all support rollers to establish their relationship to each tire and support roller slope

– Survey all bases to establish slope and elevation

– Survey one base horizontal center at each pier for center reference points

• Perform brief inspection on unit for any noticeable problems

• Make recommendations on adjustments that need to be made.

WHY GET A DATscan™2.0

WHAT DO YOU GET WITH A DATscan™2.0

Sphere at +/-0.125” represents the tolerance of the tire misalignment.

Surveys and evaluations are customized to deliver the specific information you require

Cube at +/-0.040” represents the accuracy of the tire center.

The DATscan™ 2.0 involves the use of optical instrumentation and specially designed software that communicates wirelessly with multiple tools to gather data. It is a cold drum survey and the unit must be shutdown.

- Unsure of installed baseline measurements- Experiencing aggressive or unexpected wear conditions even after performingalignment- Periodic check of baseline as a measure of your maintenance performance (Every 2years is recommended)

DATscan™ 2.0 program, processes and personnel are capable ofholding tolerance of +/- 0.040” at 200 feet.
