TRANSCRIPT

GENERAL NOTES 1. Refer to material specification schedules for material identification and type for all area's.

2. General Contractor is required to submit samples, for approval, of all materials specified to designer prior to proceeding with work.

3. Specifications are and/or equal unless otherwise noted in specification schedule. Bid alternates must be identified at the time of the bid responses as "alternates" to qualify or replace specifications. Alternates may not be accepted.

4. All interior finishes shall meet LABC 2010, chapter 8 table 803.5 Class "C", flame spread index 76-200 at interior, finish materials Class "B", flame spread index 26-75 at rated corridors.

5. All service area's to be Health & Building department complaint. 70% reflectivity, cleanable and nonabsorbent.

6. 2x4 Lay-in ceiling tile area's,to have smooth/washable, vinyl-backed tiles. Submit system/samples for approval.

7. All paint (PT-01) in service area's (BOH) to be washable.

8. Where specified(WS-01)FRP(fiberglass reinforced Panels)by Marlite (or equal) Standard FRP, Pebble Finish.

9. All concrete to be sealed(SC-01), unless otherwise noted w/ hardener & sealer. Contractor to submit for approval.

10. Where specified (SS-01) Custom Stainless steel wall surface by General Contractor. Submittal shop drawings/details for approval.
