Digital Scotland Ambition

To be a world class digital nation demands that we achieve world class levels of digital participation

Scottish Government

Spreading the benefits of

digital participation

Two Key Principles

1. The Scottish Government must recognise that every individual has an undeniable right to digital inclusion and must assume overall accountability to ensure that it is available and accessible for all.

2. Governments must respect and protect our rights and freedoms online, as well as offline.
