Synopsis:

Throughaseriesofchoreographed,interconnectedscenes,anauthor/poet/composerfaces

thespecteroftheblankpage.Eachsymbolicvignetteexploresthebirth,growth,anddeath

ofan"idea",oftenendingcatastrophically:theauthorfallsintotheabyssoftheblankpage;

attemptstoputonanimpossiblylargesweaterwhileperilouslyclimbingaladder;is

devouredbythemonsterofcreativereason;isbornoutofthemonsterasachildcastrated

byself-doubtandcensorship.Theauthorisreducedtodustanddiesbut,allalong,the

"idea"hehasbeenseekingrevealsitselfthroughtheimaginativecirclethatunfurlsonstage.

Wewitnessthecreativeproductthroughaprocesswhereinspirationisshownasa

fundamentalhumanaction.
