Steps to Enroll

1. Log onto my.maricopa.edu to set up an MEID (username) and password. Record your MEID and Student ID number when established.

2. ENG 101 and 102 (Seniors)Must complete College Placement Testing

3. Work with HS counselor on class schedule4. Fill out the Blue Student Information Packet5. Residency and Citizenship are required6. Grant Applications due by August 277. Turn-in to your instructor Blue Packets, & a

color copy of AZ DL/ID or Passport by August 27

8. Payment due by September 16

Tips

• Pay Tuition and Fees– Pay online at my.maricopa.edu– Pay in person at Black Mountain (credit card

only)• Set up your Maricopa Email (ALL OFFICIAL

notifications will be sent to your Maricopa email)

• Your Cell phone – Each time you come to PV for student services you will need your Student ID number

• Many courses are 1 semester long, a blue packet will be sent home in January for Spring courses.

GBS110 and GBS 151= Full Year

Dual Enrollment Classes plugged into an AA degree checksheet.

Important Dates:

August 27th – Maricopa Grant Application due to Pam Ernst

August 27th – Turn in Blue Packet and color photo copy of AZ DL/ID, passport, birth certificate

September 16th – Tuition Due

Payment Options

• Students will no longer receive an invoice or payment reminder from the college

• Due date: September 16• Students are encouraged to pay online with

credit card through my.maricopa.edu• OR in person at Black Mountain (credit card

only)• Payment Plan available at my.maricopa.edu • Payment Plan Quick Facts

– Monthly payment plan – Automatic payment processing – No interest (this is not a loan but an extension of payment)  – $20 enrollment fee per semester – $1 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment (ACH only) – Automatic Bank Payment from checking/savings or credit cards
