The Elle Energy Budget Sheet. Your tool to recognising where your
energy is currently placed in your life. The budget sheet is separated into
eight sections.
There are example names for the energypriorities in your life, however, please feel
free to rename the sections to titles that bestsuit your life and current priorities.
In each section there is a scoring system:0-3, 3-6, 6-9 and 9-10 The score representsyour commitment to that area of your life.
The higher the score, the higher your energycommitment.
Use this as a tool to see where your energyis currently placed in your life. If you canrecognise areas that you would like to seeimprovement in with a low score, use your
enlightenment to make adjustments.
