Training Program for Company’s HR Departments

According to the needs of the companies determined by the HR Survey

Participation of at least 70 HR staff from at least 40 companies

Techniques- Effective Questioning- Competency Based Interviews- Interview Mistakes- Performance Management- Education Management- Training Needs Analysis- Educational Planning

What to do!Selection of 5 to 8 companies (per partner)for the distance job interviews

How to attract companies?

- Convincing them how the project is important / face to face meetings- Providing HR Management trainings free of charge to improve their technical capacity- Providing individual HR consultancy for free to develop their management capacity
