• They are all graduates (from 1-3 years)

• They are all looking for jobs (some of them in temporary jobs

• They studied in different fields : History, Pharmacy, Business & Architecture

• It was done in Facebook (but I know three of them personally)

• Not very helpful educational system

• Lots of what we studied in university is not relevant to work environment

• The picture of what work look like is not right during the studying years

Think• Education system in university should

change

• Companies (and government intaties) should be involved

• Students need lots of training in the none technical areas (soft skills)

• They need to invest on themselves to be able to perform in the work force
