● TheLEAwillensurethatanyparticipatingschoolswillreflectactivitiesfundedthroughEASIintheirimprovementplan(e.g.,UIP).

● TheLEAwillusefundstosupplementandnotsupplantanystateandfederalfunds. ● TheLEAwillnotdiscriminateagainstanyoneregardingrace,gender,nationalorigin,color,disability,orage. ● Fundedprojectswillmaintainappropriatefiscalandprogramrecordsandthatfiscalauditsofthisprogram
