SCOPE OF WORK

Melink is to rebalance existing sales floor RTU’s to improve humidity control in the store by reducing supply airflow/minimum outside airflow to the RTU’s.• Measure and record the existing supply (total), return, outside air,

fan rpms, and static pressures.• Set unit totals (connected loads are not required)

• Balance to within 95% to 110% (-5% to +10%) of updated design numbers.

• Once each RTU is balanced to within design; lock each RTU into full cooling and record an entering & leaving coil temperature (include measurement in the full report).

• Measure a final building pressure at the main entrance & rear load-ing dock.
