What is ESP?

The Entrepreneurial Skills Pass (ESP) is a unique and new qualification

that proves students (16-19 years old) have had a

real entrepreneurial experience and have gained the necessary

knowledge, skills and competences to start a business or be successfully employed.

Partners of the ESP provide training and employment opportunities for ESP holders.

Junior Achievement Mini Companies

Students aged 15-19 found and run real companies

for 1 school year. They fulfil all entrepreneurial

tasks on their own and simply

learn business by doing business.

They receive guidance from a teacher

and business volunteers.

Skills-oriented Self-Assessment

During the school year students rate their own skills

in various entrepreneurial competences.

At the end of the year, they receive feedback on their

development links to further training.

Online Exam

Based on the international Entrepreneur’s Skills Certificate

students take an online exam at the end of the

school year to prove their knowledge and

obtain the certificate.
