Pulp Capping

Dentin bridgingLack of internal resorptionMaintenance of pulp vitalityLack of undue sensitivity or pain

Preoperative periapical radiograph of the mandibular left primary molars of a 6-year old girl, which presented extensive caries lesions and no signs of periapical lesion. Absence of the mandibular left permanent second premolar was observed

3-month follow-up periapical radiograph suggesting the initial formation of a dentin bridge immediately below the Portland cement in the distal root (arrow) of the pulpotomized mandibular left second molar and absence of periapical lesion in both pulpotomized mandibular left primary molars

6-month follow-up periapical radiograph suggesting the presence of the dentin bridge immediately below the Portland cement in the distal root (arrow) of the pulpotomized mandibular left second molar

12-month follow-up periapical radiograph suggesting the initial radicular pulp obliteration

Post Endodontic Treatment

• Pengisian HERMETIS sesuai panjang kerja• Bentuk preparasi saluran akar baik dan halus• Tidak ada perforasi• Tidak ada resorbsi tulang• Tidak ada kelainan di periapeks

11 is inadequately root filling and has a lateral perforation of the root. Note the unusual design of the post crown.

Radiograph of 41 shows excess of cement extruded into periapical tissues, where there is a small radiolucency. The increased radiopacity on the crown is due to smearing of temporative dressing material.

Inadequately root filling with acrilic jacket crown restoration
