“Select Template” – Let’s you choose a previously saved template.

“File Name” – Set the name of the output file. Can be .csv or .xls format, selected later.

“Schools to Include” – Let’s you choose which schools to include in the Query.

“Run Export” – Executes the query after you set the parameters.

“Save As…” – Saves the Query as a template that you can use in the future.

“File Format” – This is where you select a .csv or Excel .xls format.

“Form to Use” – This is where you select which form to export from. This is key.

Form To UseMost are self explanatory.

Grade information is kept in StudentClass.

Most common form for exports is Student, but Student is available as a 2nd form in every query.

All records are tied together by ID field.

“Notes Field” – Selects the specific database fields in the form. Use Data Layouts located on support site if needed.

“Don’t Display” – Allows you to use a field as a filter, without exporting it.
