System requirements a simple web based GIS platform which

Allow farmers to voice their preferences on issues such as the number and locations of hydrants, and the timing of instllations. 

Transmit the data in a highly efficient manner to the design teams for their use.  

Proposed ScenarioCollect data about the farms and pipes.Locating the collected data on a GIS map.Getting farmers comments and suggestions about the places

of the switches and the suitable timing of installations.  Send the farmers suggestions to the designer via mail or

SMS. Marking the suggestions to aid the irrigation network

designer to update the design.Determine the suitable timing of installations for a specific

area farmers.The web site provides reports like the places that:

installed their irrigation network, agreed about how and when their moderate will be done,and need to be approved
