It was on the 7th day of October in the year of our Lord 1991 when the first
cry of the baby girl was heard. Her parents named the baby, Jamie Lee was taking
care of by her parents until she had grown up. She is presently residing at
Taguiporo,Santa Ignacia Tarlac. She is the second child among the five children of
Mr. and Mrs. Arsenio D. Corpuz Sr.
She was sent by her parents to attend her elementary education at Taguiporo
– Cabaruan Elementary School in 2004. She continued to widen her knowledge at
Santa Ignacia High School (SIHS) and finished her secondary education in 2008.then
she decided to continue and fulfill her dreams and took the entrance examination in
Tarlac College of Agriculture and luckily she passed. She took up her Bachelor of
Education. Here she met new friends, and gained more knowledge and experiences.
Hopefully, she will be one of the graduates on April 2012.

INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION
Lord, help me to make of my
Classroom a place where
Love and learning come to life
Guide me in all that I do
That I may strive
Not so much to teach,
As to awaken,
Not so much to instruct
But to inspire.
Save me from the complacency
Of readymade answer by
An ever present of the
Wonder of your creation.
Above all, help me to give my pupils
Love-a love gentle enough
To touch, but firm enough
To leave them room to grow
And help me to give it now
That they share it in the world in need of love.
THE PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS CREED
I believe in the nobility and the dignity of the teaching profession and I

feel it’s an honor and privilege to be considered as a future member.
I believed that as a future member, it is my duty to prepare myself for worthy
membership, physically, morally, spiritually, socially, and
emotionally.
I believe that as a teacher my influence upon others will be great;
therefore, I must continually assess my values in case, I don’t do what
is right, which I shall.
I believe that teaching is done largely by example; I must endeavor at all times to
develop right habits of thinking, speaking and doing.
I believe too, that whatever I desire to do and to become, with Divine
Assistance and with earnest and honest effort, I can do and I can
become a successful teacher.

Internship is the period where in the student teacher is given all the chances
to implement all the methods and principles, facts, ideas, theories and other
educational measure they have learned during the preparatory years in college.
As a future molder of the youth, the student teacher should equip with
maximum knowledge and skill in all phases of learning through actual experiences.
After three and a half years of hardship and intensive studies, equipped with one
semester pre –service that serves as a transitional phase between the past role as full
time student to dual role as a teacher and a student.
In the period of internship, the student- teacher learns to face the challenges
and frustrations that served as to become brave in accepting all the responsibilities
that they will be encountering in the future.
