Full-time Programs

Starting in 2019, The French Pastry School will be offering its full-time professional Pastry and Baking (L'Art

de la Pâtisserie), Cake (L’Art du Gâteau), and Bread (L’Art de la Boulangerie) courses through a collaboration

with Robert Morris University Illinois.

Pastry and Baking Course

- 20 weeks

- Morning session (6:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.)

Cake Course

- 10 weeks

- Morning session (6:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.) – 2019

- Afternoon session (1:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.) – 2020

Bread Course

- 10 weeks

- Afternoon session (1:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.)

Application Process

1. Begin electronic application at https://robertmorris.edu/apply/

2. Choose “Undergraduate Application”.

3. Create a new account by entering in your email, a password, name, and date of birth.

4. After you submit the form, you will receive an email for verification. Click on the link in the email to

verify your email address.

5. Log-into your newly created account. Your email is your user name.

6. Choose “Apply Online”.

7. Fill in personal information.

8. Search for the course you would like to apply to. Type FPS.

9. Choose the appropriate FPS course from the following:

a. FPS – BPS Cakes

b. FPS – BPS Pastry

c. FPS – BPS Bread

10. Select the term you would like to start.

11. Fill in additional requested information and submit.
