Terms and Conditions

1. This promo entitles the subscriber to the following refunds*:a. Php 6 discount for every full dollar spent for My Shopping Box shipping fees, paid from

November 6 to November 24, 2013 (e.g. Php 60 discount for a $10.50 My Shopping Box shipping fee)

b. Php 12 discount for every full dollar spent for My Shopping Box shipping fees, paid from November 25 to December 8, 2013 (e.g. Php 120 discount for a $10.50 My Shopping Box shipping fee)

* The above refunds will be applied on top of the standard 3-5% discount all GCash American Express Virtual Pay subscribers enjoy on their My Shopping Box shipments.

2. In order to qualify for the refund, the subscriber should:a. Take a screenshot of their online purchaseb. Post about the service and the purchase on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram using the

hashtag #GCashBlackFriday and/or #GCASHAMEXc. Email the following to gcashblackfriday@globe.com.ph on or before December 8, 2013:

i. Mobile number registered to the GCash American Express Virtual Pay accountii. My Shopping Box Packing Reference and Tracking Number

iii. Screenshot of the postiv. URL of the post (NOTE: the post should be set on public, otherwise the

subscriber will not be eligible to avail of the discount)d. All subscribers who email the complete requirements on or before Thursday will receive

the refund via GCash by Friday of the following week.3. Subscribers can only avail of the refund after they pay for their My Shopping Box shipping fee

and email the necessary information to the GCash team.4. All discounts will be sent via GCash to the mobile number registered to the GCash American

Express Virtual Pay account used to make the payment.5. Subscribers can only avail of the refund once per transaction.6. This promo is exclusive to GCash American Express Virtual Pay subscribers.

1. Do I need to pay for my My Shopping Box shipping fee before I can avail of the refund?Yes, you need to settle your My Shopping Box shipping fee first before you can avail of the refund.

2. Will the refund apply to other My Shopping Box fees, e.g. storage fee/insurance fee?No. The refund will only apply to My Shopping Box shipping fees.

3. If I post about my purchase on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, will the discount be applied to my transaction thrice?No. Each transaction can only avail of the refund once.

4. Where can I get my My Shopping Box Packing Reference and Tracking Number?a. Visit www.my-shoppingbox.com

b. Sign in using the account details provided through GCash American Express Virtual Pay

c. Your My Shopping Box Package Reference and Tracking Number is listed in the second column on your dashboard

5. I followed the steps to retrieve the My Shopping Box Package Reference and Tracking Number, but I still can’t find it. You may email My Shopping Box at customerservice@my-shoppingbox.com for any inquiries on your shipment.

6. I have a My Shopping Box account, but I didn’t get it through GCash. Can I still avail of the discount?No. This promo is exclusive to GCash American Express Virtual Pay subscribers only.
