2 – Delight them

Stats can be useful when you understand them!

4 – Save them Money

Analytics and Insights provide us with benchmarks

5 – Meet them

Sounds obvious, but always useful!

You can even eat cakes!

Know your stuff

Be prepared to explain your numbers

Agree your metrics
