About the Presenter

Joy is an independent consultant providing strategy implementation coaching to academic deans that seek to improve their college's overall performance.

Joy also serves as a Strategy Specialist for the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) at Iowa State University. In this role, Joy provides strategy support to manufacturing leaders across the state of Iowa.

Joy has over twenty years of experience in corporate and academic roles. She been certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute for 11 years.
