Good employees don’t leave company, they leave managers

• Why do people join a company??

Why do people join a company ?

They see their career growth in that company.

They want to explore other technologies, domain etc.

Because

Relocation…

Their job is too boring to keep them going.

That is what they wanted to do or say work on.

But still why do they leave even when the company is good?

They don’t like the work culture there.

They realize they can do better in some other domain.

Again relocation…

To keep hold of the good employees, its upto managers’ hand to a large extend.

It’s manager who realizes where he best fits into and takes a decision for him.

It’s him who motivates you to stay at the company, work for extra-time, make you feel responsible for your work.

What if he is discouraging??

With no time, the employee wants to run away. Even though the company is really good.

No matter what all facilities are provided, everyone wants to work in peace.

He reaches the office late in the morning and waits for the office to get over soon.

Ultimately, he looks for better opportunity.

Opportunity lies everywhere but not the work interest and motivation to do it.

Is it because of you???

So managers think twice when your team member resigns.

Understand your team member so that good employees stay and help each other and company to grow.
