� The Govt of Tamil Nadu has allotted 29.43Ha of land in Kottagudi village of Sivaganga Taluk forestablishing the Spices Park. The spices park atSivaganga is aimed at setting up of infrastructure andprocessing facilities for Turmeric, Coriander & Chilly.IIM Bengaluru. A full line processing facility for bothChilly and Turmeric is established in the Park. Theprocessing facility includes cleaning, grading, sorting,crushing, grinding, packing etc. Steam sterilizationwith Capacity 250 kg/hr is established in the Park.Board has invited EOI from the exporters of Spices forleasing out of land at Sivaganga. The allotment of theland is in progress. The cost of the project is Rs.19.00crores. The park is operational from September, 2013.
