Love Therapy RECIPE

You will need:• A glass jar• A wooden spoon• A piece of cloth• Some flour (preferably without any preservatives in it) • Water

and a lot of PATIENCE

DAY 1

MIX…2 T. whole grain flour (rye and/or wheat)2 T. unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice

Cover and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

WAITING……With patience. Use this time to discuss about what tasty bread loaf and delicious pizza you will do with the new born wild yeast.

DAY 2

ADD…2 T. whole grain flour2 T. juiceStir well, cover and let sit at room temperature 24 hours. At day 2 you may start to see some small bubbles.

WAITING……With patience AGAIN. You should start to understand that

DAY 3 repeat DAY 2Love IS also routine

DAY 4Stir down, measure out 1/4 cup and

discard the rest.Keep what is good in staying together and discard

what you have to remove to REALLY make the magic happen

To the 1/4 cup add...1/4 cup flour1/4 cup filtered or spring water

DAY 5 and 6Repeat Day 4:Once daily until the mixture starts to expand and smell yeasty. It is not unusual for the mixture to get very bubbly around Day 3 or 4 and then go completely flat and appear dead…
