What it means to begin with the end in mind ?

• It means to start with a clear understanding of your destination

• It means to know where you are going so that you better understand where you are now and every step you take is in the right direction of attaining your goal

All Things Are Created Twice

• Begin with the end in mind is based on the principle that all things are created twice

• There is a mental or first creation and a physical or a second creation.

By Design Or Default

• It’s a principle that all things are crested twice but not all first creations are by conscious design

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ------- THE TWO CREATIONS.

• Habit 2 is based on the principle of personnel Leadership, which means leadership is the 1st creation and Management is the 2nd creation.

• “MANAGEMENT is doing things right ; LEADERSHIP is doing right things.”

• Most industry and profession demands leadership 1st and management 2nd Due to the change in nature taking place in Business world.

A PERSONNEL MISSION STATEMENT.

• The most effective way to begin with the end in mind is to develop a Personnel Mission statement or creed.

• and on values or principles upon which being and doing are based, since each individual is unique , A personnel Mission statement will reflect the uniqueness, both in content and form.
