A Positive Circle is an opportunity where people get together to discuss ideas of

common interest that motivate and inspire them in their journey of integration in

Canada.

We explore our strengths and individual traits.

We learn how to achieve goals, how to manage our emotions, and how to build resilience.

We develop our ability to understand and interact with others.

IS THERE A COST? A positive circle is free of charge.

However, for your benefit we suggest committing to at least seven

sessions.

help you getting a new perspective and motivation.
