DESCRIPTION

I gave this talk at a planning day for Hippo.com.au, an Australian job site start-up. I wanted to stress to the team that their notion of value was actually a price point, and value actually got decided by their customer base.I also wanted to make it clear that time was a commodity they needed to respect as much as money, something that wasn't immediately apparent to everyone
