Dear reader,

When I heard the bad news about Kevin Strootman, I was just as disappointed as many other fans of this great footballer. Without him, it will be difficult to play our typical offensive game so I thought. A big loss for the Dutch national team. However, a few days later, when it became clear that the dutch people's believe of winning the world cup decreased rapidly, the astrologer within me started to get more and more amused. This may sound a bit strange but I will explain. I'm not a split personality, but I do experience the coming World Cup in two different ways.

First of all I am a huge Oranje fan, just like you possibly are. There is not much more to say about that part. We live mostly from hope and opportunistic thinking. We look at the football-reality and we try to see chances for our team. When I was only 10 years old, crazy about the game already, I was being forced to deal with the first big disappointment, the lost final in and against Argentina in July 1978. In August that year, the sad drama has been pretty much on my mind during the summer holiday we spent with the family in France. But of course the hope returned four years ago when our nation was being given another chance in Johannesburg, South Africa! Too bad....

And then there is the second way of experiencing the World Cup tournament,caused by the love I have for astrology, which more and more

became predicting astrology since 2005. That's when I decided to have a look at the natal horoscope of Marco van Basten, at that time the brand newcoach of Holland. As I was hoping to find information that would answer the question wether he was going to have some good luck at the World Cup 2006 in Germany. Same story during the years of qualification for the World Cup 2010: Only to find out this important data for serious astrologers, the time of birth, I traveled all the way south by train, to visit the pub where Bert van Marwijk used to hang out. Because of the special 'week of the book' offer I was allowed to travel for free some Sunday. Anyway, through the years this ambition of mine, to predict Oranje's destiny at Euro's and World Cups, grew stronger and stronger. On Youtubeyou can find prove that I didnt take the toe of Cassillas in consideration because I predicted Holland to win the Cup in 2010. However, this almost-good-prediction gave me hope for the future and now I will find peace when I showed the world that:

1 everything seems to be destined, and

2 that one is able to predict (sports winners) very well, when using the right astrological keys. As an example I'd like to mention my website whereyou can find my two successful predictions in a row when it comes to the dutch football league winner over the last two seasons.

But why am I so amused? Because only now there is a nice and beautiful contrast starting to exist between the expectations of most people in Holland, opposed to what I read in the stars!And I mean the constellation

of Sunday 13 July, the grand final, is such a promissing one for the Netherlands.... To predict something that people DO NOT expect is really something. Such a prediction can have great impact and is something an ambtious astrologer (like me) likes to show off with. I think this surprising energy comes from Uranus, who will be located in 16º (degrees) of Aries, which means right on my very own Saturn. But more important this will create the incredible interesting aspect for the NETHERLANDS CHART: Uranus trine MC-ruler Priapus , and also at the same time: Uranus trine Neptune , ruler of the intercepted tenth house Pisces-sign.

Remarkable:

The planet Neptune will be located in 7º Pisces... which is an exact square aspect (90 degrees) to Neptunes position during the final of 1974! It's like there is going to be an ending (due to the 90-degrees-aspect) to a time frame that started when Holland lost its first final....
