Don’t Get Down On Yourself

This first tip was given to us by Anand Mishra CEO

of Star Infranet. Anand says that one of the keys to being a positive thinker

is to avoid thinking negatively about yourself

It’s one thing to be critical of yourself for

the sake of improvement; however, if you go too

far it will start to take its toll on your mindset

Instead, try to avoid spending your time thinking about the

negative emotions and aspects of your life.

Instead, focus on positive or neutral things

Smile More

Smiling is the easiest way to improve your

mood instantly

You don’t have to smile for a reason. Just a simple act of smiling will with your spirits

on its own

The next time you are feeling down, smile and hold it for a few counts. You may be surprised

that how effective it is in improving your mood

Practice Makes Perfect

Our last tip is simple. The more you do

something, the better you will be at it

This applies to positive thinking as well. It may

seem ineffective and difficult at first, however,

the more you practice positive thinking, the better

you will become at it

Work on thinking positively every

day and it will soon become second nature to you

This will have a long-term effect on your overall mood

and happiness levels
