How to export contacts:
Click on Contacts on the right hand side bar
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find “export contacts”
Decide which format you would like the contacts in by clicking on the drop down arrow:
Type in Password (letters in red) and click export
Make sure to have your security set lower OR click to download file
Click Save file
Save file to whatever location you would like it.
At this point you can then import to whatever system you would like it in.
