How to Submit Requests

Using “Myschoolbuilding.com”

In the Internet Explorer address bar type in “myschoolbuilding.com (or click on the link

above to access)

Enter email address and hit submit

If you are asked for school number enter:

210767354

Make sure the following information is correct. If you are a 1st time user then fill in

the information

Once logged on this screen should appear. Choose the “Schedule Request” tab.

When this screen appears choose “Normal Schedule”.

Begin by filling out the request form. The only mandatory information needed is indicated by the red check boxes.

Choose school

Choose rooms/areas such as gym, auditorium, etc

Type name of event

Fill out times needed. Fill “Start Time”

then “End Time” and “Duration” will fill

out automatically

Either select organization or type if not listed

Choose date/s from calendar (use the “Check Availability” tab below to avoid double bookings)

A contact person is mandatory

Either select organization or type if not listed

A contact person and information is mandatory

The proceeding information is not mandatory but is helpful for future reference. Outside agencies must provide insurance information.

This section is to notify for special instructions and/or setup needed for an event. An example is if the kitchens are being used then “Food Services” needs to be notified and a brief description needs to be filled out.

After mandatory information is completed a password is needed for submitting the event. The password is “schedule”. After password is entered select “save” and the request is forwarded for approval.

Choose the “My Requests” tab and then choose “My Schedule Requests”. This is where you can check your requests status. There is also a calendar for viewing events and see their progress of approval.
