How to Upsell Additional Services to

Lawn Care Clients

The easiest and fastest way to get more work is to sell more work to the clients you

ALREADY have!

Here’s an effective way to do it that helps both you

and the client…

Have your teams take a picture of ANYTHING they see

that needs to be done.

If they snap a few pictures of

weeds that need to be

eliminated...

Have the pictures brought back to office, uploaded, and then send an email to the client.

Sending the pictures makes all the difference.

It is one of the best ways to upsell and get your company

doing more services for

existing customers.

It shows that you really care about what your customer’s property looks like.

Do this for EACH service that you offer:

• Bush trimming• Irrigation• Pest Control• Landscaping• Tree Trimming• Brush clearing• Etc.

This is so successful and compelling a way to upsell that it is built right into
