How to Use Elluminate Part 2:Loading Content

This is your virtual classroom

this guide will go through

how to load content in elluminate

the first thing your should do is set up your

audio and video.

use the audio setup wizard

and the camera setting options under “Tools”

to talk click the “talk” button

to turn on the camera click the “video” button

tip: I find it better use audio only and video sparingly as video takes

a lot of bandwidth from your internet connection

now lets load some content in your virtual classroom

click the “load content”

button

select your content to upload

you may only upload PowerPoint and images files

once your PowerPoint is loaded it will show up on your virtual whiteboard

double click the thumbnails

to switch slides

you can also share content using the application

sharing tool

once you click on this button a warning may pop up.

select “ok”

chose the application you would

like to share

then click “share”

your application is now shared, as indicated by the yellow border

you can also shareweb content

using the “web tour” button

your students will see what you see
