The abiotic things in TaigaThe abiotic things that live in Taiga are soil, lightning, water, sunlight and boulders.

Where is Taiga on mapTaiga is in Russia. It almost covers all Russia. It’s also in

the north of America and in Canada. It's the worlds largest biome.

Map of world biomes

Facts about TaigaIn winter they have -60 degrees. Winter lasts

for 6 months. Summer is very short and doesn't have high temperature. They have 12 to 33 inches of rain each year.

Producers of Taiga

Producers of Taiga are blueberry, evergreen and nuts tree.

What adaptation do evergreens have?

Evergreens adaptation is that its leaves doesnt fall of them when it’s cold because it’s hard to regrow leaves for evergreens because they don’t have many energy. They get energy from Sun and soil. They get energy from soil because it has neutrons.

They have just two factors and sun doesn’t shine a lot of times. In winter there isn’t any water so their broad leaves get water inside them. The needled has a special chemical that helps that that animals won’t eat them. The conical shape of tree helps the snow to slide off in spring.

What adaptation do blueberries have?

Blueberries can grow in many kinds of soil. Theirs leaves fall off in fall but new once grow in spring. Blueberries can grow in many conditions.

What adaptation do bears have?

Bears hibernate in winter because there isn't many food. They have thin fur so when it's cold in winter they won't freeze when they sleep. They sleep under a tree that fell or they will find a hole in boulders.

What adaptation do lynx's have?Lynx have fur on their feet. They have big fur

on themselves so it won't be cold for them. They have long feet so they can climb on mountains.

Conservation issuesPeople cut trees down chipmunk and bird are

eaten by wolves and lynx they extincting. Than wolves and lynx will die because there is going to be no more food to eat for them.

Conservation issuesAlso there is not going to be much oxygen to brief if we won’t stop doing that. Bears are being killed by hunters. So the bears can extinct if hunters will kill them.

Thank you for watching and help Taiga
