Page 9: Iakov's Taiga Presentation

What adaptation do evergreens have?

Evergreens adaptation is that its leaves doesnt fall of them when it’s cold because it’s hard to regrow leaves for evergreens because they don’t have many energy. They get energy from Sun and soil. They get energy from soil because it has neutrons.

Page 10: Iakov's Taiga Presentation

They have just two factors and sun doesn’t shine a lot of times. In winter there isn’t any water so their broad leaves get water inside them. The needled has a special chemical that helps that that animals won’t eat them. The conical shape of tree helps the snow to slide off in spring.

Page 12: Iakov's Taiga Presentation

What adaptation do bears have?

Bears hibernate in winter because there isn't many food. They have thin fur so when it's cold in winter they won't freeze when they sleep. They sleep under a tree that fell or they will find a hole in boulders.

Page 13: Iakov's Taiga Presentation

What adaptation do lynx's have?Lynx have fur on their feet. They have big fur

Conservation issuesPeople cut trees down chipmunk and bird are

eaten by wolves and lynx they extincting. Than wolves and lynx will die because there is going to be no more food to eat for them.

Page 16: Iakov's Taiga Presentation

Conservation issuesAlso there is not going to be much oxygen to brief if we won’t stop doing that. Bears are being killed by hunters. So the bears can extinct if hunters will kill them.
