Introduction

No matter how athletic a person is, we are all prone to injuries

All bones and muscles in the body are prone to break or tear if proper methods are not taken

Injuries are painful and most of the time when proper techniques are followed they can be avoided

overused the can become inflamed and cause pain

Anterior Cruciate Ligament 

The knee joint showing a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.
