The first work package within INNO-WISEs project has been successfully
accomplished The project analysed the social enterprise context in the involved
regions and the other countries of Central Europa area proposing a comparative
analysis The result of these analyses is a Regional Joint Strategy (RJS) which

identifies the main shortages of WISEs and the main priorities to address in order to
improve their skills and competences and solve the common territorial challenges
The RJS defines two transversal issues entrepreneurial spirit knowledge of
technologies and tools Moreover the context analysis has provided a method
which enables social enterprises to identify the required knowledge level to fill the
emerged shortages The project is now working on designing the framework of the
competences empowerment the ICT tools required for the ICT platform which will
detail the main functional areas for each process and service identified The
involvement of social enterprises has been a key factor to define the objectives to
reach and to understand WISEsrsquo needs Most of them expressed their desire to
pursue this collaboration in order to test the future platform and training
programme
The second project coordination teammeeting was held after a year ofprojectrsquos implementation in Zagreb
From the 11th to the 12th of June theproject partner from Croatia Institute ofSocial Sciences Ivo Pilar hosted theevent This meeting was the opportunityto review the last achievements of theproject and the next steps of itsimplementation in the next months Onthe first day SASS presented the resultsthe deliverables and the outputsachieved in the framework of the contextanalysis and the research activitiesThen project partners exchanged on the
