Please read through all the instructions carefully and follow the steps to install and access the MobileOTP application on your device

Changing the Device of MobileOTP App

1 Open a new session in Internet Explorer on your desktop.

1a If you are in Internet Explorer hold ALT + F, on your keyboard. Then click “New Session”.

For a Desktop

3 Click “Download Desktop Application” from the Home Page.

2 In the new session, copy the Risk Based Authentication (RBA) Home Page for DHS VPN link, seen below, and paste it into the search bar of your browser.

4 A prompt will display at the bottom of the screen, click “Run”.

5 Unzip the .exe file to the C:\ drive which will be the default when the prompt displays.

6 Copy & paste the link below in Internet Explorer.

C:\CA\arcot\OTPDesktop\html\index.html

An Internet Explorer window will open and display.

1 Copy the link below and paste it in your Android devices’ default browser.

3 The Google Play store will open to the CA MobileOTP application. Click Install.

5 After the application has finished installing, click Open.

7 The Add Account screen will display.
