In 2011, no studies found about the impact of MB on OC of MFI
Lack of full implementation of mobile banking not in all the institutions
not for the disbursal and collection of loans (yet!)
Good information and data for future studies Data base line study (2010) – before MB implementation
Complementary data needed after implementation (2013? / 2014?)
