This Adhesive Press Cloth isa fast and easy way to give acraft or household iron a non-stick surface. It will keepadhesive in the thread fromsticking to your iron. It isavailable in three sizes: 2”x2”, 2”x3”, and 5”x9”.

To apply, peel off the gold back-ing, stick the Adhesive Press Clothto the plate of an iron, and trim theedges for a custom fit.

Tools Needed:• Craft or household ironcovered with KreinikAdhesive Press Cloth• Kreinik Iron-On Thread• Working Surface (pre-wash and dry fabric/gar-ments)Instructions:1. Turn iron to high (cot-ton/linen setting) and let itheat thoroughly.2. Place Kreinik Iron-OnThread at the starting pointof your design. Pressthread with the hot iron,holding for several secondsuntil the thread adheres. (If the thread does notadhere, the iron may not behot enough.)3. Continue this way,pressing the thread in sec-tions, until the design iscomplete and the thread has adhered. 4. To finish, trim the thread, ironing the end to secure.

• Pre-wash all fabrics, as the threads may not adhereas well to fabric with sizing or a finish on top.• These colorful iron-on threads are not permanent.Turn your garment inside out and wash on gentlecycle, then tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Usemild detergent, no bleach. If the thread starts tocome off, re-adhere using a hot iron.• To make permanent, adhere the threads in yourdesired design, following the instructions in thisbrochure. Then couch (or tack down) the threadswith a matching color thread or a clear monofila-ment thread either by hand or machine.
