Acceptable POA

Includes:- Driving license Utility bill Council tax statement or bill Credit card statement or bill Bank statement Mobile phone bill

Acceptable ID

Basically, anything with a photo that bears the applicants name. We do not accept business cards.

Who can borrow

LSE Staff and Students LSE Alumni SCONUL Band A SCONUL Band B but only those that can

prove they are part time or distance learner.

Who can not borrow

Everyone else. This includes Commercial Visitors Corporate Membership All other external visitors

Study Permits LSE Alumni LSE Staff and Associates SCONUL External Borrowing SOAS_STU SOAS_STAFF

User Categories

LSE Alumni Associate Staff SCONUL borrowing bands London Uni staff and students UK Uni Staff and Students Public use Overseas other

Proxy cards

Remember do not issue proxy cards to external users. Make a note on their record.

All issued proxy cards must be cancelled and card returned before a paper pass is issued to a user.
